Abstract

Teacher performance certification at Madrasah Aliyah At-Taqwa 04 Bekasi is very important torealize because it determines the achievement of national education goals. The purpose of this studyis to examine the relationship between teacher professional competence and teacher performance atMA At-Taqwa 04 Bekasi City. The main problem in this study is to get an idea of how professionalcompetence and teacher performance certification are the main problems that will be described inthe results of this study. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive analysis. Whilethe data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The populationin this study were Islamic religious education teachers totaling 20 people with a sample of 20 peopledetermined through saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis was carried out quantitativelyand the hypothesis was tested using the r test formula. The results of this study concluded that thecompetence of teachers was good. Likewise, the teacher's performance is quite good. While therelationship between the influence of professional competence of teachers with teacher performancecertification obtained a value of 0.680 and means at a significant level of 0.05. Thus, the two variables,namely variable X, namely professional competence, and variable Y, the performance of certificationteachers are positively related, meaning that the better the professional competence of teachers, thebetter the performance of certified teachers at MA At-Taqwa 04 Bekasi City.

Abstract

One of the educational institutions that cannot be ignored is Islamic religious education ormadrasas. Madrasas are one of the nation’s assets in developing human resources. Under the auspicesof the Ministry of Religion, “madrasas” have made a long history of ups and downs and contributionsto the progress of the state and nation. This study describes the role of Islamic education institutions(madrasas) in social change, which was carried out in several madrasas in the Bekasi Regency. Thisresearch is a library research with an educational and sociological approach. The results of the studyexplain that madrasas have several roles, including 1) Educational Roles. In this case, the madrasaas an Islamic educational institution is a place for transmitting knowledge, expertise, and behavior inaccordance with Islamic values and teachings so that madrasas can produce generations who havebroad insights not only in the Islamic sciences but also in general science. have faith and fear of AllahAlmighty and have noble character as a generation that can become the heir to the Prophet and theheir to the nation and state; 2). The Role of Brotherhood and Atonement. Through madrasas whereevery student can gain knowledge without distinction of class, race, ethnicity, and nation, and areonly bound by bonds of faith, madrasas can become social glue and the foremost fortress for effortsto create harmony between the people and the nation; 3) Madrasas act as social control. Religiousteachings by their adherents are considered as norms, so in this case, religion can function as socialcontrol individually or in groups. Likewise, madrasas can carry out their role as social control in themidst of this almost uncontrollable social change. 4). Madrasas can also play a role as a means oftransforming society. 5). Madrasas as filters and bulwarks of the negative impacts of social change.

Abstract

Innovative learning that can develop social attitudes and communication skills, activeness,and the process of interaction between individuals that can be used as a means of social interactionbetween students and at the same time answer problems that exist in school, then the use of this TPS(Think Pair Share) type of cooperative learning strategy effective enough to overcome the problemsof students who are lacking in socializing and are less able to express their opinions to their friends.This study describes the implementation of the TPS (Think Pair Share) Cooperative Learning Modelin Improving Students’ Interpersonal Intelligence in PAI Subjects at SMPN 02 Cibitung. The results ofthe study explain that the implementation of the TPS (Think Pair Share) Cooperative Learning Modelat SMPN 02 Cibitung can be said to be running well in accordance with the theory and steps of theTPS (Think Pair Share) Cooperative Learning Model. With the TPS (Think Pair Share) CooperativeLearning Model, students’ interpersonal intelligence in PAI subjects increases, among others: 1.students have a sense of empathy for their friends 2. students like to interact with their friends well3. students prefer to work in groups 4. students can communicate actively and well as well as thesocial spirit of students, especially in PAI subjects. Compared to using other methods, although in itsimplementation there are obstacles faced, one of which is the lack of infrastructure in learning such asthe lack of LCDs and classes without air conditioning.

Abstract

This study describes the perception and interest of the people of the city of Bekasi towardsmadrasas: a qualitative study of parents at MAN 2 Bekasi. The results of the study explained that thecommunity had a high interest and enthusiasm in sending their children to school at MAN 2 Bekasi City.This is motivated by the fact that madrasas provide religious knowledge and receive moral educationfor the lives of their children now and in the future. In its curriculum, MAN 2 Bekasi City gives a lotof weight in the subjects of religious sciences, such as Akidah, Morals, Tafsir, Hadith, Jurisprudence,Kalam, and Arabic. In addition, several factors are supporting and inhibiting public perception ofmadrasas. The supporting factors are, madrasas can develop religious values and noble character;Madrasas are considered to provide learning in the affective aspect, namely the development ofchildren’s behavior or morals, the number of extracurricular activities that are religious in nature,supporting infrastructure, and the performance of teachers who consistently guide students’ religiousactivities. The inhibiting factors for public perception of madrasas, among others, are the low-qualityimage of madrasas compared to general schools, low professionalism caused by low mental attitudes,not yet growing quality culture, and external factors in the form of negative effects of electronic media,especially the internet.

Abstract

This study describes the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving students'interpersonal intelligence and analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving students'interpersonal intelligence at SMPN 02 Cibitung. The data analysis technique in this study was carriedout by data reduction, namely emphasizing, sharpening, and removing unnecessary things from thedata obtained and then presenting the data by describing the data that had been sorted systematicallyand finally drawing conclusions from the results of the study. The results of the study explained that theteacher's efforts to improve students' interpersonal intelligence were through practicing the 3S (smile,greeting, and greeting) and applying the 4 magic words (sorry, thank you, excuse me and pleasehelp) as a socializing attitude. Supporting factors in improving students' interpersonal intelligenceare found in the assessment of attitudes, rules, and school ethics. Then the inhibiting factor is the lowinterest of students in Islamic religious lessons.

Abstract

Projection is intended to give material more real and interact more widely. By increasing students’understanding and interest in learning, it will accelerate the absorption of material by students andhave an influence on increasing knowledge of Islamic Religious Education. The author formulates 1problem how the influence of Projection Media on students’ knowledge of Islamic Religious EducationSubjects at SMP Nusantara Islamic School Setu-Bekais Timur for 2 months. This research is a typeof field ( field research ) by directly examining the place that is the object of research . The methodused in this research is the experimental method, while the approach in this research is a quantitativeapproach. The variable consists of two variables. Independent Variable (Projection Media) DependentVariable (Knowledge) of Students in Islamic Education Subjects). The sample in this study was usingpurposive sampling technique. Where the researcher deliberately determines the sample membersbased on references or suggestions from the teacher concerned. The samples taken in this study wereclass VIII B (30 students) as the experimental class, and class VIII A (30 students) as the control class.Projection media is quite influential on students’ knowledge of Islamic Religious Education subjects atSMP Nusantara Islamic School Setu, East Bekasi. This can be seen from the results of the Knowledgevalue that the Experiment class in the post-test section has an average of 78.93 while the KnowledgeControl class in the post-test section has an average of 78.77. The value of t count for the ProjectedMedia variable with a value of 11.762 > t table = 1.671. These results can be concluded that the datahave an effect.
